Designed for those who require an understanding of how to working safely in Confined Spaces, or in a Confined Space with no need for respiratory protection or breathing apparatus. You will gain basic level of understanding of the dangers, use of associated equipment and the safe systems of work which may be utilised when planning and carrying out working Confined Spaces. During the course we ensure candidates learn the appropriate knowledge and skills to plan and work safely in Confined Spaces. This awareness course is suitable for all industries with any type of Confined Space.
Confined Space Awareness
Candidates who need an awareness of confined space environments during shutdown or outages within their respective industries. On completion candidates progress from this course to Breathing apparatus, Medium to high risk confined space environment training
Please Note: The course does not include the use of emergency escape breathing apparatus (Escape Set), qualify personnel in the use of self-contained breathing apparatus, nor does it qualify personnel to conduct work within medium or high risk confined space environments.
